On January 12th, customer experience software provider AskNicely has raised $32m in a Series B round of funding. That is a hell of a lot of dough.
What are they going to do with all that cash? Well, whatever is left over after toasting with 1959 Dom Perigno, AskNicely says they will use the funds to expand their Frontline Success Platform.
Of course they are going to invest in their technology.
But, the press release also offered a very specific Objective & Key Result for the use of funds. Specifically,
